Refund & Replacement Policy

We take great care in producing and packaging every order.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of collectible sculptures, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
